Disclousre: All tumblers are HANDMADE & may have small imperfections such as: small bumps/air bubbles or small specks of glitter on non-glitter cups. I work in a glitter filled environment, so it is nearly impossible to keep glitter off solid/wood grain cups, but I try my best to do so. All tumblers are finished with FDA approved epoxy to ensure your safety and decal and glitter/paint remain beautiful for many years of use. Once payment is made, I will begin ordering supplies/designing images to make your tumbler TURNAROUND TIME (CUSTOM TUMBLERS): 4-6 weeks - unless a deadline is discussed prior to ordering. TURN AROUND TIME (READY TO SELL TUMBLERS): Personalized - will fall under my custom turnaround time 4 weeks Not personalized - will ship in approximately 3-5 business days. *turn around time does not include shipping time* RETURNS/CANCELATIONS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR CANCELATIONS. I typically begin working on orders right away, due to this an order can not be canceled once it is placed. In the event of an order being placed without design verification from me, your order will be cancelled immediately. SHIPPING: Your tumbler(s) will be shipped Priority Mail with insurance. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. All fragile items will be wrapped carefully so that if handled roughly by the carrier, no damages SHOULD occur. Once the item reflects that it has been picked up and is in the hands of the postal service, I am not responsible for shipping delays or damages by carrier. In the event that your item is damaged or missing during shipping, you may open a claim with USPS and make me aware of the incident. Once I am reimbursed for your item, I will remake it.
